Biking the bridge, goal clothes, and pasta

I ran over the bridge for the Detroit Marathon, and it turned into tremendous--I suppose cycling over it will be absolutely fantastic as well! Then in a while, you move for a 20-mile motorbike ride around Detroit. that is a far smaller occasion than tour de Troit (it's capped at 750 cyclists), but I went beforehand and registered Jerry and that i for it the day before today.

I made a really correct new recipe for dinner this night! I noticed this recipe for hen Fajita Pasta on Pinterest, and it sounded excellent. I determined to use mushrooms in place of bird, although, making it vegetarian (i am no longer vegetarian, however i am quite picky approximately meat, and mushrooms just sounded higher nowadays). I extensively utilized half-and-half as opposed to heavy cream, and made my very own fajita seasoning mix. It was delicious!


It was spicy and creamy, a great combo. And a pretty large portion (just under two cups) was only 411 calories.
