Week 13 Weigh-in

I went for a 3 mile run this morning, and true to my word, I permit myself run at a completely smooth tempo. i am no longer certain if it's the current weight reduction, or the way matters have been turning for me physically (going for walks again, no damage), but i've been in a exquisite temper recently! The climate has been excellent lately, so i hope it stays this manner for a while longer. i'm not ready for iciness but ;)
