Motivational Monday #46

i've a short however sweet Motivational Monday these days, which i'm hoping just method that everyone is having too much amusing at some stage in the vacation season to send in some photos ;)  i have had a totally draining week, and so long as Mark is preventing this cancer, i'm positive it will be tough on me emotionally. I visited him again these days, and he become doing higher than Saturday as some distance as pain management. There have been a hundred more cards within the P.O. box for him this morning! I understand I hold saying this, however i am SO thankful to every person who has proven help for him. there are such a lot of suitable people in this world, and that i thanks taken with reminding me of that :)

anyway, i have had an emotional week, but i have now not used meals to make me experience better, and for that, i'm very pleased with myself. i'll write extra approximately this on Wednesday, but meals has been put on the lower back burner in my thoughts this week, which has been useful. I also managed to get through an eleven-mile run at the treadmill Friday, which is truely something to be happy with ;)
