Italian Chicken Penne

It became a chilly day in Michigan these days! A excessive of 52 stages, but I do not assume it ever made it into the 50's.

My mother has been canine-sitting for my little brother Nathan's dog, Bailey. the boys went to church with my mother this morning, so I said i'd take Bailey for a stroll. I introduced her over to my residence within the automobile, after which deliberate to walk her inside the woods.

I had to bring her inside the residence for a second so that I could get a bag to bring alongside, in case she pooped at the same time as on foot her. while she got here in, the cats did not appear to interest her in any respect, but Estelle was hilarious. while i was there, i found two matters: 1) Kroger now includes PB2! i have been shopping for it online for the reason that 2007, because i've in no way seen it in a store. i like that i'm able to get it one jar at a time from Kroger now.

Crock Pot Italian Chicken Penne

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts (mine were still frozen, no need to thaw)
1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup
8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
1 (15 oz) can of petite diced tomatoes
12 oz. Smart Taste penne

Stir together the soup, cream cheese, tomatoes, and dressing mix in the crock pot. Add the chicken. Cook on low about 6 hours, until chicken shreds easily with a fork. Cook the pasta according to package directions, and drain. Add the pasta to the crock pot mixture and stir to combine. Makes 6 servings (approximately 1 1/4 cups each). 11 PP per serving.

The creamy consolation meals pasta dish turned into perfect for this bloodless day! i'm definitely going to be making that once more.

I spent the whole afternoon trying to prepare a Halloween dress for my wine club assembly subsequent weekend. i have an idea, and it seems exceptional in my head, but i'm no longer sure i can pull it off.
