i was hungry all day the day before today. I did a 4-mile run within the morning, then I went to Lowe's to buy a few stuff for our backyard. once I were given domestic, I labored at the backyard and landscaping for some time. last night, the youngsters had been at excursion Bible college, and Jerry and i determined to go for a bike trip through ourselves. We just circled the 4 neighborhoods at the peninsula at a leisurely tempo, and it turned into SO excellent. I didn't wear my coronary heart rate screen due to the fact I wasn't watching for a "actual" workout, but I wore the Garmin just to look how far we would long gone. plenty of exercise :)
Recap of the week:
i have been ingesting quite a few nut butter these days, and you can virtually inform by using the amount of fat i have eaten this week.
